WHY CHOOSE GEN TUTORING?

As students who have gone through the process of preparing for these difficult tests and studying these challenging topics, we understand the position that students are in. We are committed to providing students with the help that we often searched for and we strive to provide students with the best opportunities to grow academically at an affordable price. All classes are conducted one-on-one so students get full attention regarding their needs. Further information regarding the qualifications of our tutors is provided under the staff tab.

ARE SESSIONS OFFERED IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL?

Sessions are both offered in-person and virtually depending on what the students prefer. For virtual sessions, we can conduct lessons over Zoom, Facetime, or Google Hangouts. Our in-person sessions are only available to those in the Frisco area. These can be conducted at the Frisco Public Library or we can come to your house for the lessons. We are both fully vaccinated, however, we are happy to comply with any safety precautions you may have.

WHAT ARE MY DIFFERENT PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payment through Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, or in cash. If none of these platforms work for you, please reach out to us through email and we will be happy to accommodate any platform that better suits your needs. Details for payment will be provided upon booking a lesson.

WHAT IS THE POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION?

We provide full refunds for lessons canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. We also offer free rescheduling of lessons up to 3 hours before the scheduled lesson. To reschedule, please reach out to us through our email.
